Plant Automation Projects.
The Distributed Control System with
the owned IPRs (Intellectual Property Rights) has
been continuously upgraded for 3 generations. About
400 sets of this system have been installed in the
power plants among which 10 sets are installed in
300 MW units. This system is a dominating product
in power plant automation field in China.
R&D of Supervisory Information
System (SIS) for power plants and research on the
planning and specification of the informationalization
of power plants.
A large number of projects have been
implemented with rich experience accumulated in the
design, engineering services and solutions for the
projects of power plant automation. The projects cover
the DCS projects for 600 MW sub-critical and supercritical
generating units, the digital electro-hydraulic control
system projects for large capacity turbines, the control
system projects for diversity auxiliary processes,
flue gas desulfurization islands and air cooling condenser
islands, etc.
Undertaking the research & application
of control schemes for a variety of complicated processes,
such as large capacity power-and-heat units, combined
cycle generating units, large capacity fluidized bed
boiler generating units, generating units shared with
common steam manifold, one through boiler and supercritical
boiler generating units, the coordinated control system
and AGC function for large capacity generating units,
central control of auxiliary processes, etc. The number
of large and complicated projects undertaken has positioned
the leading place in China.
